Pão recheado (Presunto e Mussarella) – Stuffed bread (ham and mozzarella)

Bread Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

2 eggs
¾ cup oil
3 cups (tea) water
3 tbsp (tablespoons) yeast (for bread)
3 tbsp sugar
1 spoon (soup) spoon of salt
Flour enough to unglue hands
1 egg for brushing

400 grams of chopped ham
400 grams of grated mozzarella
Or stuffing as you like taste…

In a blender, beat the sugar water, salt, eggs, oil and yeast. Beat just to mix. Place in a bowl, adding flour to  unglue hands.
Let stand for 25 minutes, divide the dough into 3 parts and make the bread and brush well. Bring to bake in the pan, dusted with flour only.
