Pão recheado – bread stuffed

This is usually a afternoon snack, because we have dinner very late, and when we are in holiday after a beach day we have some snacks around 4 to 5 pm.

1/2 kg of flour
1 egg
1 tablet of baking bread
1 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
1 tbsp of oil
1 teaspoon (dessert) sugar
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
An American cup of warm water
1 egg (just to brush)
Grated Parmesan for topping

How to Prepare

Beat all ingredients (except flour) in a blender until well blended
Put this liquid into a bowl and add flour gradually go up to unglue hands (can go from 1/2 kg)
Let rise until doubled in volume
Roll out the dough with a roll, fill and roll up to your taste
Brush the egg and sprinkle grated parmesan
Bake + or – 180 ° until golden color

Options for filling:
Salami with provolone cheese and ham, chicken with cheese, etc.

Brazilians love cheese as you can see…

Additional Information
Avoid placing tomatoes in the filling, because the heat sour very easy.
