Salsa – vinaigrette sauce

The tomato salad served along with “feijoada” is also known as “vinagrete” (vinaigrette) or “molho vinagrete” (vinaigrette sauce).

It’s very comun in US, I  will write here the ingredients to make sure is the same that we eat in Mexican restaurants all over…

Ingredients:
8-10 tomatoes
finely chopped onion, parsley and spring onion
olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:

I don’t need to explain it yeah???
